Jeremy Tsui

Jeremy Tsui is the Co-Founder and CEO of Finley Technologies, a debt capital software platform backed by Y Combinator and Bain Capital Ventures that helps companies raise and manage debt capital.
Jeremy studied Business Administration at the University of Texas at Austin and built his finance career as a structured credit investor at Goldman Sachs' Special Situations Group, then as a financial risk consultant at Oliver Wyman advising major institutions like State Street and Truist Bank.
Jeremy's firsthand experience at Goldman Sachs revealed how much time and operational risk were embedded in manually managing debt capital agreements, sparking the vision for Finley. He is also a member of the Forbes Finance Council and a recognized voice on asset-based finance and emerging technology.
Jeremy co-founded Finley in 2020 alongside Kevin Suh and Josiah Tsui, raising over $20 million in venture funding including a $17 million Series A led by CRV. Finley serves high-growth clients such as Ramp, Arc, and Parafin, and in 2026 joined Concord, a credit administration firm managing over $60 billion in assets.
Finley has transformed debt capital management for companies in asset-backed finance, private credit, and structured finance by automating due diligence, compliance, and lender reporting. The platform serves as the operating system for modern debt capital, reducing friction between borrowers and capital providers across the market.
