Jesse Choe

Jesse Choe is Co-Founder of Bidflow, an AI copilot that helps electrical contractors automate estimating and win more jobs. Bidflow is part of Y Combinator's Summer 2025 batch and is based in New York.
Jesse was a top 1% competitive coder in the US and a Jane Street extern at age 18 before dropping out of the University of Maryland. He previously founded CerealCodes, a coding competition nonprofit platform.
Jesse attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology and was a USACO Platinum competitor. He also founded Ghostship (YC S25), an AI-powered QA testing platform that uses agents to find bugs in software products.
Bidflow targets the growing electrical construction market driven by the data center boom across the United States. The company went door-to-door in the Bay Area to secure its first design partner and is helping electricians process 500-page PDFs and complex circuit diagrams faster.
Jesse and co-founder Gautham Ramachandran are addressing a critical bottleneck in electrical estimating, where contractors spend hours to months on bids and often lose by small margins. Their AI platform combines legacy software features into an all-in-one solution that saves estimators time and increases win rates.
