Jesse Schorz is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Tombot, a pioneering healthcare robotics company developing hyper-realistic robotic emotional support animals for seniors and individuals facing mental health adversities.

Jesse spent nearly 20 years in high-tech management and leadership, building and overseeing the largest operating divisions at ACT Litigation Services before it was acquired in 2011, after which he served as VP of Engineering at DiscoverReady.

Jesse brings deep operational expertise to Tombot, with core strengths in budget forecasting, supply chain management, and engineering team leadership, having developed best-practices operations systems refined across multiple ventures.

Jesse joined Tombot in 2018 as COO, where he personally constructed the realistic behavioral systems in early prototypes and leads all aspects of supply chain identification, component testing, and IT infrastructure.

Tombot has raised over $17M across 7 funding rounds including a $6.1M Series A in 2025, and its flagship robotic companion Jennie targets a market of over 200 million individuals living with dementia or mild cognitive impairment worldwide.
