Jim Rebesco is the Co-Founder and CEO of Striveworks, an Austin-based AIOps company specializing in the large-scale deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models for defense and enterprise missions.

Jim holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Physics from Caltech, and spent nearly a decade as a Partner at Virtu Financial, where he honed expertise in deploying AI-driven algorithms at scale.

Jim's experience at Virtu Financial revealed a critical gap: organizations lacked a unified mechanism to monitor AI models in production, a problem he set out to solve with Striveworks.

Prior to Striveworks, Jim served on the Army Science Board advising senior military leaders on science and technology, and currently serves as a Board Member at Sayari, a threat finance discovery firm.

Striveworks has raised over $51M, is deployed across the U.S. Army's flagship AI initiatives alongside Anduril, Palantir, and Microsoft, and has grown ARR 300% annually over its first five years.
