Jin Chang

Jin Chang is the CEO and Co-Founder of Fieldguide, a purpose-built agentic AI platform transforming how audit and advisory firms operate, and holds credentials as a CPA and MBA.
A South Korean-born immigrant, Jin earned his BS from the University of Southern California and his MBA from UC Berkeley, then spent five years at Ernst and Young as a Big Four practitioner before founding Fieldguide in 2020.
Jin was named to Accounting Today's Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting and recognized on CPA Practice Advisor's 20 Under 40 list, driven by his firsthand frustration with outdated manual workflows in audit.
Prior to Fieldguide, Jin served as Chief of Staff at legal tech firm Atrium, co-founded Bitbutter API (a cryptocurrency aggregation API backed by UC Berkeley's SkyDeck Fund), and worked as an investor at ZZ Ventures.
Under Jin's leadership, Fieldguide has raised $125M in total funding including a $75M Series C led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and now serves approximately half of the Top 100 U.S. accounting firms including members of the Big Four.
