Johan Krijgsman is Co-Founder of Ringtime, a Ghent-based voice-native AI startup automating recruitment and communication workflows for blue-collar industries across Europe.

Johan built his career in real estate, becoming CEO and Owner of ERA Belgium, the Belgian arm of the international real estate franchise, and has led Alfabet, a real estate software business, since 2022.

Drawing on deep operational experience in high-volume, time-sensitive industries, Johan recognized that AI-driven conversational agents could eliminate the manual bottlenecks that slow both hiring and property transactions.

At Ringtime, Johan leverages his dual expertise in real estate and PropTech, having already deployed Ringtime's platform at ERA Belgium to automate property viewing bookings outside office hours, resulting in faster sales with zero agent involvement.

Ringtime reached EUR 400K in annual recurring revenue within months of launch, secured EUR 1.8M in seed funding from Volta Ventures, and counts major staffing firms Trixxo Jobs, Synergie Jobs, and House of HR among its clients.
