Johann Stürken

Johann Stürken is Co-Founder of Andustry (YC P26), an AI-native platform that acts as a broker for industrial equipment, connecting manufacturers with verified global suppliers.
Johann studied Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen University and built experience at Airbus, McKinsey & Company, and Capgemini Invent before turning to entrepreneurship.
Growing up in a family rooted in trading goods, Johann developed a firsthand understanding of how difficult and inefficient industrial sourcing can be for manufacturers of all sizes.
Accepted into Y Combinator's Spring 2026 batch, Johann co-founded Andustry alongside Het Dave, with the company's first customer ordering over $1M USD in machines delivered within 2 weeks.
Andustry uses AI agents to source suppliers across Europe, China, India, and the US, helping manufacturers find parts and machines in days instead of months, at a fraction of traditional costs.
