Jonas Lau Kristensen serves as Managing Director and Co-Head of Green Energy & Infrastructure at Impact Fund Denmark, the Danish state-backed impact investor that led a major equity investment into GreenCell Mobility to accelerate electric bus adoption across India.

Jonas built his career at Impact Fund Denmark (formerly IFU), rising through investment roles to lead the organization's Green Energy and Infrastructure sector, overseeing a portfolio of 49 active investments in renewable energy and circular economy.

Jonas is a vocal advocate for electric public mobility as an investable infrastructure asset class, championing deals that deliver both financial returns and measurable climate impact in emerging markets.

Under his leadership, Impact Fund Denmark's SDG Fund II committed Rs 330 crore to GreenCell Mobility, supporting the deployment of over 4,500 electric buses across 105 Indian cities.

Impact Fund Denmark has co-invested in over 1,300 companies across more than 100 developing countries, with contracted investments totaling EUR 31 billion, driving green transitions globally.
