Jordan Ibe is Co-Founder of Cova, a Y Combinator-backed AI-native home care agency licensed in Michigan, building the future of home-based care through intelligent automation.

Jordan studied at Cornell University and brings a background in technology and operations to the healthcare space, driven by a mission to make home care more accessible and equitable.

Jordan recognized a critical gap in the home care industry where excessive overhead was limiting caregiver pay and patient access, and set out to solve it by running entire agency operations on AI agents.

As part of YC Summer 2026, Jordan co-founded Cova alongside Ansh Tandon, serving Medicaid, LTCI, and private-pay patients while offering caregivers the highest base pay rate in Michigan.

Cova helps unpaid family caregivers get paid through programs they did not know they qualified for, directly redistributing value to patients and care workers by eliminating traditional agency overhead.
