Josep Marc Mingot is Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Prosper AI, an agentic AI platform automating the full patient journey across scheduling, insurance verification, and billing for healthcare providers.

Josep holds a Master's degree from MIT in Mathematics, Engineering, and Telecommunications, studied Business at IESE Business School, and earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya; he co-founded Prosper in 2023 alongside Xavier de Gracia, whom he met while studying in Boston.

Josep previously led the Insurance Health product initiative at CoverWallet that drove its acquisition by Aon, scaling the team from 3 PMs to 40+ and 200+ engineers; he also co-founded Arcvi, an AI consulting firm across Insurance, Health, and Banking, and ranked in the top 2% of the Data Science Bowl for lung cancer image prediction.

At Prosper AI, Josep oversees three core AI agents for scheduling, insurance benefits verification, and billing, and is actively expanding the platform's long-tail patient administrative communications including prescription refills and insurance updates.

Prosper AI has grown revenue 5x in six months, serves 60+ healthcare organizations covering 150,000+ providers across 25+ medical specialties, manages $1.3 billion in patient care, and wins 80% of competitive evaluations.
