Joe Harris is the Founder and CEO of Alloy Robotics, an AI data platform building the foundational data infrastructure for the robotics industry, helping engineering teams diagnose failures and learn from every robot run.

Joe studied Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications at UNSW, graduating with First Class Honours in 2018, before beginning his career as a software engineer at Atlassian.

A rare multi-disciplinary operator described by Blackbird as an electrical engineer by training, a software builder by craft, and a commercial leader by impact, Joe identified the universal data management gap across robotics companies before anyone had built a scalable solution for it.

Prior to founding Alloy, Joe served as Chief Commercial Officer at Eucalyptus, the Australian unicorn telehealth company, where he helped scale the business from $3M to $170M in revenue before its $1 billion acquisition.

Since its commercial launch, Alloy has achieved over 50% monthly customer growth, processing data from more than 10,000 robot runs, and has raised a total of $12.5M AUD across pre-seed and seed rounds from Blackbird, Airtree, Skip Capital, Square Peg, and angels from OpenAI, Anthropic, Tesla, and Waymo.
