Joseph Kim is CEO of Druid AI, an enterprise agentic AI platform that builds and orchestrates intelligent agents for business automation. He joined in September 2025 to lead the company's global expansion following a $31 million Series C funding round.

Kim studied at Marquette University and brings over 25 years of operating executive experience in application, infrastructure, and security industries. Most recently, he served as CEO of Sumo Logic and was a senior operating partner at Francisco Partners.

He has held senior technology leadership roles as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Citrix, SolarWinds, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and served as chief architect at General Electric. Kim currently serves on the boards of directors of SmartBear and Andela.

Under Kim's leadership, Druid AI is expanding its enterprise agentic AI platform that has powered over 1 billion conversations and serves more than 300 global clients. The company earned a Challenger spot in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Conversational AI Platforms.

Druid AI grew annual recurring revenue 2.7x year-over-year in 2024 and partners with industry giants including Microsoft, Genpact, Cognizant, and Accenture. The platform delivers 98% first response accuracy and supports over 100 languages across banking, healthcare, government, and education sectors.
