Josephine Lee is the Co-Founder and CEO of Palette (YC S26), an AI-native media platform that unifies the creative workflow into a single multimodal generation engine for enterprises and content creators.

Josephine studied Computer Science at MIT, where she met her co-founder Serena Pei at an art program, and went on to gain industry experience at Scale AI, Datadog, and Amazon in multimodal research and computer vision.

A builder at the intersection of AI and creativity, Josephine recognized the deep fragmentation in enterprise content production and set out to replace disconnected tools with a single, context-aware generation platform.

At Palette, Josephine leads product and go-to-market strategy, driving end-to-end creative solutions for enterprise clients spanning ad campaigns, brand-safe influencer content, interactive onboarding, and multimedia training materials.

Backed by Y Combinator in the Summer 2026 batch, Palette launched publicly on July 31, 2026, rapidly gaining traction among marketing teams, L&D leaders, and content creators looking to scale repeatable media workflows.
