Joshua Port is the Founder and CEO of Handshaik, an AI-native B2B SaaS platform redefining deal origination for dealmakers, M&A teams, and business development professionals across the UK.

Joshua left school in Leeds at 18, joined KPMG as an apprentice, and spent years working in M&A and deal origination at the Big Four firm before identifying a major gap in how dealmakers find and win opportunities.

Frustrated by expensive, unfocused tools that delivered low-quality data, Joshua set out to build what he calls the first operating system for deal origination, combining AI, workflow automation, and enriched company intelligence.

Joshua built Handshaik in stealth for 15 months before launching to market, closing a GBP 1.7 million pre-seed round from more than 20 angel investors, with Port Growth Partners as lead investor.

Since launch, Handshaik has compiled 5.5 million analyst-grade UK company profiles and attracted hundreds of users spanning M&A, private equity, corporate development, family offices, and GTM teams.
