Joyce Chin is Co-Founder at Maash, a US-registered fintech startup building stablecoin-powered cross-border payment infrastructure for freelancers, SMEs, and individuals across emerging markets.

Joyce previously served as Portfolio Director at Animoca Brands, working across London and Dubai, where she first experienced firsthand the pain of delayed international payroll and costly cross-border banking.

Her belief that financial access should not be determined by geography drives Maash's mission to give users full ownership and control over their money, without steep fees or banking friction.

Alongside co-founders Leeroy Hendriks and Nissanka Seneviratne, Joyce built Maash to offer virtual US accounts, stablecoin rails, and a unified payment dashboard for businesses and individuals in Sri Lanka, UAE, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

Maash has expanded its consumer app across six markets and its business platform is open to companies registered in any jurisdiction outside sanctioned territories, targeting the underserved SME cross-border payments segment.
