Kaan Yigit is Co-Founder and CTO of Stoa Markets (YC S26), the institutional marketplace building pricing and trading infrastructure for AI hardware, enabling buyers, sellers, and lenders to transact GPUs with real market visibility.

Kaan studied Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and previously worked as a quantitative developer at Uniper, where he built the trading systems behind financial oil and gas books.

Kaan brings a rare blend of deep software engineering and quantitative finance expertise, with hands-on experience across commodities trading infrastructure, backend systems, and high-frequency trading.

As CTO, Kaan leads all technical development at Stoa, applying his background in scalable systems and trading infrastructure to solve the fragmented, opaque nature of the GPU secondary market.

In its first month live, Stoa processed over $300M in RFQs through its marketplace, establishing itself as a foundational pricing and liquidity layer for the AI hardware ecosystem.
