Kabir Nagrecha is Co-Founder and CEO of Tessera Labs, a multi-agent AI platform redefining how enterprises modernize mission-critical ERP and business systems. He leads the company's vision of compressing multi-year transformation programs into weeks through scalable, governed AI execution.

Kabir earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from UC San Diego at age 20, becoming one of the university's youngest-ever doctoral graduates, and was a Meta PhD Research Fellow. He previously served as a research scientist at Meta, Netflix, and Apple, where he built and published AI systems research at scale.

A published AI systems researcher, Kabir presented work on reinforcement learning for deep learning recommendation model pipelines at ACM RecSys 2023 in Singapore.
