Kartik Mishra is Co-Founder and COO at M (formerly Pillow), a borderless crypto investment platform that makes decentralized finance accessible to everyday users worldwide.

Kartik holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from IIT Madras and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and was previously a management consultant at McKinsey and Company focused on operations and strategy.

An early crypto adopter since 2013 and active DeFi advocate since 2020, Kartik brings a rare blend of engineering rigor, consulting discipline, and deep Web3 conviction to building accessible digital asset infrastructure.

Prior to M, Kartik led New and Strategic Initiatives at Dunzo, Google's first direct investment in India, and held roles at Caterpillar Inc., Practo, and McKinsey across the US, India, and Southeast Asia.

M raised $21M in total funding (including an $18M Series A led by Accel and Quona Capital), scaled to over 75,000 users across 60 countries, and expanded into key emerging markets including Nigeria, Ghana, and Vietnam.
