Kavitta Ghai is Co-Founder and CEO of Nectir, an AI-powered academic support platform blending Generative AI and Social Education technology to build the classroom of the future.
Kavitta studied at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she co-founded Nectir as a junior after experiencing firsthand how collaborative digital tools could transform learning for neurodivergent students like herself.
Motivated by her own experience with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, Kavitta has dedicated her career to making higher education inclusive, accessible, and student-centered by design.
Under her leadership, Nectir has raised over $18.8M in total funding, with the most recent $12.5M round led by Rethink Impact, and has grown into a trusted partner for universities and statewide systems like the California Community Colleges.
Nectir is now active at over 100 schools serving 80,000+ students globally, and Kavitta made history on The Pitch Show by raising a record-breaking $1.4M during her appearance.
