Ken Fine

Ken Fine is CEO of Affinity, the leading relationship intelligence platform for dealmakers serving over 3,000 organizations worldwide including more than 50% of top venture capital firms. He brings over 25 years of experience leading B2B SaaS companies through successful growth, IPOs, and acquisitions.
Ken holds engineering degrees from RPI and Virginia Tech, an MBA from Stanford where he was an Arjay Miller scholar, and served as a Naval Officer early in his career. Prior to Affinity, he was CEO of Heap where he led the company's acquisition by Contentsquare, and held leadership roles at Medallia and Financial Engines during their IPOs.
Ken is a multi-time CEO with experience across Chief Product Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Customer Officer, and Chief Operating Officer roles. He has navigated companies through revenue milestones exceeding $200 million and has expertise in scaling high-growth enterprise software companies.
Ken joined Affinity as CEO in May 2024 after serving on the board, bringing his track record from Heap, Symphony Commerce (acquired by Quantum Retail), Medallia, and Financial Engines where he was part of the founding team. He also worked as a Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs.
Under his leadership, Affinity continues to transform private capital markets with AI-driven relationship intelligence that has processed over 18 trillion emails and calendar events. The platform serves firms like BlackRock, Bessemer, and Notable Capital, helping them manage relationships and close deals more effectively.
