Kevin Kimmel is Co-Founder and CEO of Epic Markets, a UAE-based fintech startup building a multi-asset brokerage platform designed to bring institutional-grade trade execution to retail investors.

Kevin spent 11 years at Citadel Securities as Global Head of eFX, overseeing a currency trading business ranked as a top three market-maker across major spot and futures venues, before departing in mid-2025.

Prior to Citadel, Kevin served as Executive Director of Markets Strategy at J.P. Morgan, and has held roles at IntercontinentalExchange, TradeWeb, and Lehman Brothers, building deep expertise across electronic trading and structured finance.

Kevin co-founded Epic Markets in 2026 alongside fellow Citadel veteran Bryan Seegers, and the company secured a $10 million pre-seed round from London-based VC firm Karatage, an unusually large pre-seed investment reflecting the founders' Wall Street pedigree.

Epic Markets plans to launch with a presence in both the US and the UAE, offering CFDs and multi-asset trading, with a mission to narrow the gap between institutional trading infrastructure and the tools available to everyday retail investors.
