Kevin Suh

Kevin Suh is Co-Founder and CTO of Finley Technologies, a private credit management software platform that helps borrowers and asset managers streamline debt capital raise, compliance, and reporting. He leads the company's technical strategy, engineering team, and flagship product development across the private credit and asset-backed finance space.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics from Columbia University and went on to become the first engineer at Nova Credit, a global credit reporting platform, where he rose to Engineering Manager and helped scale the company through its $50M Series B.
Kevin's vision for Finley was shaped by his firsthand experience at Nova Credit, where he saw the critical gaps in financial technology infrastructure and recognized that capital markets were largely managed through outdated manual processes like Excel and email.
Prior to Finley, Kevin co-founded Toki, a Slack-first app built during First Round Capital's early-stage incubator program, and also worked as a Software Engineer at Dinner Lab, Inc., building a strong foundation across engineering and entrepreneurship.
Finley has raised over $20M in venture funding from Bain Capital Ventures, CRV, Y Combinator, and others, serving high-growth clients like Ramp and Arc while managing over $2 billion in debt capital before being acquired by Concord in 2026.
