Khoi spent 7 years at Snap Inc. as an Engineering Manager, leading teams of 20+ engineers, and previously worked as a Software Engineer at Meta, building deep expertise across mobile and platform engineering.

With 15+ years of software engineering and 6+ years of engineering management experience, Khoi brings a rare blend of technical depth and product intuition to the intersection of social and commerce.

At Snap, Khoi was part of the Snapchat+ Subscription Founding Team (now a 1B+ ARR business), led the Android platform during a rewrite that pushed the app past 1 billion installs, and was the first Android engineer on Snap Map, which grew to 400M DAUs.

District has onboarded more than 1,000 businesses since launch and raised a $14.7M seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz and Kindred Ventures, cementing its position as a next-generation commerce platform.
