Kiara Botha

Kiara Botha is Co-Founder and CMO at Marlow, a period care brand that created the world's first lubricated tampon for smoother, pain-free insertion. Based in Vancouver, she leads marketing and brand strategy for the women-led health company.
Kiara earned her HBA in 2020 and MSc in 2021 from Ivey Business School at Western University, where Marlow began as a capstone project. She previously interned at Laqsh and held positions at Ivey Business School and Volta Magazine.
Kiara is a two-time Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Healthcare (2023 and 2024), recognized for transforming period care innovation. She has built a masterclass in storytelling and community building, growing Marlow's TikTok to 100,000 followers and over 100 million views.
Marlow has raised 2.59 million in funding from investors including Love x Money Ventures, Dream Ventures, and Connecticut Innovations. The company is stocked in over 200 retailers including Whole Foods across Canada and the US, with 50% month-over-month growth on Amazon.
Marlow's products address vaginal dryness affecting 1 in 3 women, serving first-time tampon users, athletes, and perimenopausal women. The TMI Club educational platform has generated over 11 million likes, reducing stigma around menstrual health and empowering a generation of menstruators.
