Kingsley Ibe is Co-Founder and CEO of CreditChek, a fintech infrastructure company building credit, income, and identity intelligence across Africa.

A 3x founder with 10 years of experience scaling startups across Africa, Kingsley previously founded MicroMoni, a micro-lending startup that provided loans to 700+ micro-entrepreneurs before being acquired in 2020.

Kingsley's firsthand experience with high default rates at MicroMoni due to poor credit data directly inspired CreditChek, giving him deep conviction in solving Africa's credit infrastructure gap.

Under his leadership, CreditChek was selected for the Cascador Nigeria 2023 cohort, raised $600K in seed funding led by Janngo Capital, and acquired Ugandan core banking startup Algosys to accelerate East Africa expansion.

CreditChek has processed over $60 million in credit applications across 1 million unique individual profiles, achieved profitability in Nigeria, and is expanding into Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda.
