Krzysztof Łepek is Co-Founder and COO of VAXICAN, a pre-clinical stage biotechnology company pioneering therapeutic cancer vaccines based on a proprietary enveloped virus-like particle (eVLP) platform, operating out of Gdansk, Poland.

Krzysztof studied at the University of Gdansk and built expertise in biotech operations and business development within Poland's emerging life sciences ecosystem.

As a co-founder, Krzysztof delivered a seminar at ICCVS on the startup triangle of motive, means, and opportunity, reflecting his strategic and entrepreneurial mindset in translating deep science into viable ventures.

Krzysztof co-founded VAXICAN alongside Dr. Lukasz Rabalski and Martyna Krejmer-Rabalska, helping secure a PLN 10.5 million Seed round from the DeepTech Capital Consortium, including iif.vc, Rubicon Partners, and the University of Gdansk.

VAXICAN's eVLP platform integrates proprietary machine learning and AI tools to advance next-generation immunotherapeutics, with its HER2-targeting cancer vaccine candidate advancing through preclinical characterization toward clinical readiness.
