Ksenia Svechnikova

Ksenia Svechnikova is Co-Founder and CEO of Tactiq, an AI-powered meeting intelligence platform that transcribes, summarizes, and extracts key insights from Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams meetings.
Ksenia holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Saratov State University and built her technical foundation through engineering roles at Mirantis, hipages, and Atlassian, where she developed a passion for making meetings more efficient.
Her experience at Atlassian exposed her firsthand to the inefficiencies of information loss in meetings, inspiring her to co-found Tactiq in 2020 through the Antler residency program in Sydney alongside co-founder Nick Nikolaiev.
Prior to Tactiq, Ksenia founded qrew in 2018, demonstrating an early entrepreneurial drive; she personally designed, prototyped, and coded the Tactiq MVP in just a few weeks, showcasing rare full-stack founder capability.
Tactiq now transcribes over 2 million meetings per month, serves Fortune 500 and ASX50 companies, and has raised $10M in Series A funding led by Flashpoint Ventures with participation from Mucker Capital and Antler.
