Kush Bavaria

Kush Bavaria is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ornn AI, the company building the world's first institutional-grade financial infrastructure for GPU compute, transforming it into a transparent, tradable commodity for the AI economy.
Kush studied at MIT and previously worked as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group, where he developed deep expertise in complex markets and capital allocation before pivoting to the AI infrastructure space.
Kush co-founded Ornn with Wayne Nelms, a former equity options trader at Susquehanna International Group, drawing a bold parallel between compute and oil as the defining scarce resource of the modern era.
Under Kush's leadership, Ornn launched the Ornn Compute Price Index (OCPI), a transaction-based GPU pricing benchmark distributed on Bloomberg Terminal, and partnered with ICE (Intercontinental Exchange) to launch GPU compute futures contracts.
Ornn has raised over $33M in seed funding led by a16z crypto, executed the first cleared compute swap in December 2025, and launched the Ornn Token Price Indices benchmarking realized costs of AI tokens from Anthropic and OpenAI.
