Kyle Dozeman

Kyle Dozeman is Co-Founder and CEO of Kovva, an agentic AI platform purpose-built for media buying teams at agencies and brands. He brings deep ad tech leadership to the venture, having most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer for the Americas at PubMatic, a publicly traded programmatic advertising company.
Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo and built his career across multiple ad tech and technology companies, including Symantec, before rising to the C-suite at PubMatic. His New York-based career spans both the buy side and sell side of digital advertising.
Kyle co-founded Kovva alongside three former PubMatic colleagues, drawing on firsthand frustration with the operational drag that burdens programmatic media buyers daily. His conviction is that AI agents should absorb the repetitive, in-between work so buyers can focus on strategy and client outcomes.
As CRO Americas at PubMatic, Kyle was a senior voice on the future of curation and supply chain innovation in the open internet, representing the company at major industry events including CES 2025. His tenure at PubMatic gave him direct insight into the inefficiencies that Kovva is now engineered to solve.
Kovva launched in 2025 with a self-funded model and a founding team of four, with plans to hire engineers and raise capital. Its AI agents handle campaign QA, cross-platform discrepancy tracking, budget allocation recommendations, and creative fatigue detection across DSPs, SSPs, social, and search platforms.
