Langdon Wu

Langdon Wu is CEO at Brano Therapeutics, a Singapore-based cardiovascular biotech spin-off from Duke-NUS Medical School focused on developing novel therapies for heart failure. He also serves as Managing Director at Trinity Innovation Bioventure Singapore (TIBS), the lead investor behind Brano's US$6.8 million seed round.
Langdon holds a Bachelor of Science from Tianjin University and an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore, with additional executive development training at INSEAD. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience at global Fortune 500 companies including Thomson Reuters, the LEGO Group, Procter and Gamble, and Accenture.
Langdon's unique strength lies in bridging rigorous scientific research with disciplined commercial execution, combining deep operational expertise with a passion for high-impact biomedical innovation. He is a trained chemist turned venture capitalist, giving him a rare dual perspective in translational biotech.
At Thomson Reuters, Langdon served as Vice President leading global sourcing transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and supply chain ESG initiatives. He later served as Global Vice President of Procurement at the LEGO Group before transitioning into biomedical venture capital at TIBS.
Under Langdon's stewardship, TIBS has backed five Singapore-based biotech spin-offs, with Brano Therapeutics targeting a disease affecting an estimated 64 million people globally and aiming to advance lead therapies into clinical trials by 2029.
