Leigh Jasper

Leigh Jasper is Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Firmable, an AI-native sales platform that helps businesses drive smarter decisions through proprietary data and buying signals. He chairs LaunchVic, co-founded SecondQuarter Ventures (Australia's first VC secondaries fund), and leads Glitch Capital and Saniel Ventures.
Leigh co-founded Aconex in 2000 with Rob Phillpot and served as CEO, scaling it to over $200 million in revenue with 850 staff across 50 cities globally before Oracle acquired it for $1.6 billion in 2018. Prior to Aconex, he worked at McKinsey & Company consulting in financial services, media, and technology.
Leigh is an active angel investor with investments in over 16 startups and serves on multiple boards including SEEK, Buildxact, and the Macfarlane Burnet Institute. He has been an influential figure in the Australian startup ecosystem for 25 years.
Firmable raised $9 million in seed funding in 2023 led by Airtree, followed by a $14 million Series A in March 2026, also led by Airtree. The company now serves over 1,000 customers including CBRE, Monday.com, Marsh, and Canon across Australia, New Zealand, and eight Asia-Pacific markets.
Under Leigh's leadership, Aconex became one of the largest tech acquisitions in Australian history, processing over $1 trillion in construction projects across 70,000 organizations in 70+ countries. Firmable is now expanding to the United States with its proprietary AI-powered sales intelligence platform.
