With nearly a decade of experience as a commercial airline pilot, Leo witnessed firsthand the inefficiencies of fragmented pre- and in-flight information systems, which inspired him to build a purpose-built AI solution for aviation.

Leo brings a rare combination of frontline aviation expertise and entrepreneurial drive, having experienced the operational pain points of cockpit decision-making that generic enterprise software consistently fails to address.

Under Leo's leadership, Overwatch AI closed a $1.5M pre-seed round backed by United Airlines Ventures, Baobab Ventures, Pegasus Innovation Lab, and Masia, and was selected for the Techstars 2025 program.

The flagship Wingman platform is live across airlines managing over 30,000 flights per month, delivering up to $4 million in annual savings per airline and a 6.6% increase in crew productivity.
