Leon Iwanowitsch is Co-Founder and CEO at Ontora (YC P26), an AI platform that interviews every employee in an enterprise to map how work actually gets done.

Leon holds a Master in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and previously built AI automations at consultancies, with experience spanning Robin Capital, Founderful Campus, START Global, and Yttrium.

Leon and his co-founders identified a universal problem: critical operational knowledge is trapped in employees' heads and never reaches the people who need it, costing Fortune 500 companies $31.5 billion annually.

After meeting co-founders Maximilian Arnold and David Korn through an entrepreneurial network, the team made a last-minute application to Y Combinator and relocated to San Francisco, joining the elite YC P26 cohort in Spring 2026.

Within weeks of launching, Ontora conducted over 150 demo calls, began onboarding its first enterprise customers, and partnered with Cobey AI to expand into the DACH region, delivering consulting-grade insights in hours instead of months.
