Leonardo Martini is the Co-Founder and COO of SylloTips, a Rome-based AI enterprise software company that transforms undocumented organizational knowledge into continuously learning AI agents integrated with Microsoft Teams.

Leonardo holds a PhD in AI and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University, with prior research experience at Brigham and Women's Hospital, bringing deep academic and scientific expertise to his entrepreneurial journey.

Leonardo co-founded SylloTips alongside Giorgio Barnabo and Simone Silvestri, with his Harvard connection instrumental in securing the company's entry into the Harvard Innovation Lab and President's Innovation Challenge finalist status.

Under Leonardo's operational leadership, SylloTips was accelerated by Techstars in 2024 and raised a 4.2M euro Seed round led by Azimut, with participation from Leo Capital, Techstars, and Cloud Accelerator.

SylloTips has achieved a 100 percent pilot-to-production conversion rate and is trusted by enterprise clients including EOLO, COIMA, Leonardo Assicurazioni, and Gruppo AB across telecom, insurance, and finance sectors.
