Louis-Philippe Noël

Louis-Philippe Noël is Founder and CEO of BioTwin, an AI-powered digital health company creating virtual human twins for early disease detection and personalized medicine. Based in Abu Dhabi, he is a seasoned tech entrepreneur with two successful exits.
Louis-Philippe studied at MIT Sloan School of Management and holds a law degree from Université Laval. He previously founded and led InnVue, a hospitality technology company providing in-room entertainment solutions for Canadian hotels, which was acquired and merged with Okkami in 2017.
Louis-Philippe invested $500,000 of his own capital to launch BioTwin in 2019. He has received multiple entrepreneurial awards including Jeune Personnalité d'Affaires and was recognized as one of Quebec's Créateurs d'Avenir.
BioTwin has raised $6.6M in Series A funding and secured a groundbreaking partnership with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and Microsoft to pilot virtual twin technology for breast cancer screening. The company relocated from Quebec to Abu Dhabi and joined Hub71, the UAE's leading tech ecosystem.
BioTwin's AI platform achieves 82% accuracy in detecting early-stage breast cancer and analyzes tens of thousands of metabolites to create predictive digital twins. The technology has gained international attention and is positioned in a market projected to reach $110 billion globally within five years.
