Luca Hadife is Co-Founder and CEO of Kebra, a YC S26-backed AI platform making field service companies AI-native by automating job documentation and back-office workflows.

Luca studied Data/ML and served as ASUC Senator at UC Berkeley, before joining Microsoft as a Product Manager on the Azure AI and data team where he built multimodal AI systems.

Luca brings a rare blend of enterprise AI engineering experience and deep operational empathy, having spent months working alongside field technicians from attics to back offices to understand the industry firsthand.

Prior to Kebra, Luca was an early team member at Amata (Series A) and also worked at Cerevox, building a strong foundation in early-stage startups and AI product development.

Kebra is already live with field service companies across Florida, Pennsylvania, and California, and is backed by Y Combinator, SV Angel, and notable angels who have backed Airbnb, Google, and Kalshi.
