Lucas Scherdel is Co-Founder and CEO of Connectome Health, a pioneering neurotechnology company making personalised brain health measurement accessible to consumers and clinicians alike.
Lucas studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics of Health at UCL and built a distinguished career spanning the WHO, World Economic Forum, Bayer Consumer Health, and Switzerland's leading health tech accelerator DayOne.
A published academic with citations in the Lancet, WHO, and WEF publications, Lucas has been featured in Forbes and the Guardian, and has advised VC funds, the NHS, and the European Institute for Innovation and Technology.
Prior to Connectome, Lucas led global R&D at Bayer Consumer Health overseeing a $120M+ portfolio and led the WEF's Global Coalition for Value in Healthcare, representing $350B in market share across Fortune 500 CEOs.
Connectome raised $2M in pre-seed funding from Redstone, Concept Ventures, and Octopus, and has partnered with Imperial College London on the LUCID study to advance longitudinal brain health monitoring at scale.
