Lucas holds a degree in Sistemas de Informacao from Universidade Sao Paulo and gained substantial software engineering experience at Amazon, progressing from intern to Software Development Engineer II.

As an avid Rust developer, Lucas brings deep systems-level expertise to Vaultree's cryptographic engineering challenges, contributing to patented searchable and homomorphic encryption technologies.

At Vaultree, Lucas has been instrumental in building the core encryption SDK and infrastructure, helping the company earn recognition as a WEF Technology Pioneer in 2023 and win the prestigious EIC Accelerator Grant.

Vaultree has raised $16.1M in Series A funding led by Molten Ventures and Ten Eleven Ventures, and has partnered with Google to set new standards in cloud data security for regulated industries worldwide.
