Lukasz Reszczynski is Co-Founder at Pango (YC S26), a Stockholm-based startup building the agentic operating system for e-commerce operations, automating post-purchase workflows including delivery, returns, tracking, and customer support.

A UK-educated full-stack developer trained in computational astrophysics and bioinformatics, Lukasz brings over a decade of enterprise software experience from roles at Toptal, the Medical University of Vienna, and the University of Vienna, alongside a BSc in Molecular Biology and Chemistry from Umea University.

Lukasz holds a US patent for a fiber optics part configurator he invented and deployed, and has co-authored published scientific research in bioinformatics, reflecting a rare blend of deep technical and scientific expertise.

At Pango, Lukasz leads product and engineering, having built the embedded Shopify app for returns and exchanges and integrated last-mile delivery carrier systems; the company raised 5M SEK in pre-seed funding and was accepted into Y Combinator's Summer 2026 batch.

Pango launched Pango 1.0 with an advanced AI agent tackling the billion-dollar e-commerce logistics crisis, and previously Lukasz built a patented SaaS platform that quoted over $1.5 billion in products and a university data site attracting 50,000 monthly users.
