Luke Kelleher is Co-Founder of Sophiie AI, a Gold Coast-based AI company building an operating system that helps trades and service businesses manage the full customer journey from enquiry to payment.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University and previously founded digital agency 2Busy Solutions, where he generated high-quality leads for trades businesses, only to watch opportunities vanish when busy operators could not answer the phone or follow up in time.

That firsthand frustration of seeing great leads go cold became the catalyst for Sophiie AI, driving Luke's conviction that AI could fundamentally change the economics of running a service business.

Prior to entrepreneurship, Luke built a diverse career spanning Senior Account Manager at Service.com.au, Radio Presenter at Radio Metro, and owner of CryptoMedia, giving him a strong commercial foundation across media, digital, and sales.

Sophiie AI raised AUD $5 million in seed funding at a $30 million valuation, backed by Archangel Ventures, Admiralty Capital Group, Antler, Gandel Invest and Aussie Angels, and now serves thousands of businesses across Australia, New Zealand and the UK while growing 10 to 15 percent month-on-month.
