Maadhav Deekshitha is Co-Founder and CTO of Enjamb Labs, a Y Combinator-backed company building full-stack AI agents that accelerate Biopharma R&D from preclinical research through clinical trials and regulatory approval.

Maadhav is an ML researcher working at the intersection of AI and high-performance computing, with early career stints at two industry giants where he stood out as a record-setting young contributor.

He was the youngest person to work at the AI Innovation Lab at Dell Technologies, developing machine learning models on supercomputing infrastructure, and one of the youngest contributors in R&D at Broadcom working on state-of-the-art ASIC systems.

Prior to Enjamb Labs, Maadhav also gained experience through Stemiverse and FIRST, building a multidisciplinary foundation spanning ML, hardware systems, and scientific research that directly informs the company's technical vision.
