Madge Rumman is Co-Founder and CEO of Blair Health, a Toronto-based clinical infrastructure company enabling generalist healthcare providers to deliver specialist-level care for women in midlife.

Madge began her career as a management consultant at PwC Canada before leading product teams at Interac, PayBright (acquired by Affirm), and Cadre (acquired by Yieldstreet), accumulating over a decade of experience scaling high-growth technology companies.

Driven by a passion for closing critical gaps in women's health access, Madge co-founded Blair Health in December 2024 alongside Dr. Lindsay Shirreff, an OB-GYN and fellowship-trained menopause subspecialist, to encode specialist expertise into scalable AI-powered technology.

At Blair Health, Madge leads vision, strategy, and growth, having launched the platform commercially in May 2025 and raised CAD $4.5 million in total funding, including an oversubscribed CAD $4.24 million pre-seed round co-led by BDC Thrive Venture Fund, Accelia Capital, and Ogaei.

Blair Health has amassed over 2,300 active users across every Canadian province and six US states, with its employer channel growing to represent nearly half of company revenue through contracts in professional services, hospitality, and financial services.
