Madhulima Tewari

Madhulima Tewari is Co-Founder and CEO of VerifAIX, an AI-native semiconductor verification company building a trust layer for chip design that combines AI with formal methods to ensure correctness from design intent to closure.
A seasoned entrepreneur and tech leader with deep expertise in AI, EDA, and systems, Madhulima previously led product development at startups acquired by Ericsson, Oracle, and IBM, and served as teaching staff for NLP and AI courses at Stanford.
Madhulima recognized that while AI can accelerate chip design, generating a design is fundamentally different from proving it is correct, and set out to build the industry's independent verification trust layer.
She co-founded VerifAIX in 2024 alongside Kenneth Roe and Avner Landver, whose combined expertise spans AI, formal verification, and electronic design automation, and previously founded Sparrow Labs.
VerifAIX has already been deployed at semiconductor companies on real-world verification challenges, raised $5M in seed funding co-led by Endiya Partners and Bluehill VC, and is expanding engineering teams across the US, India, and Israel.
