Mads Bogen Øye is Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Benford, a tech-native audit firm that runs statutory audits end to end, from client systems to the signed opinion, replacing the traditional model of selling software to auditors.

Mads holds a Master of Science in Finance from MIT's Sloan School of Management and previously served as a Senior Investment Analyst at One Peak, a growth equity firm, where he focused on tech investments across Europe.

Mads also ran Bogen Øye Invest AS as a seed investor, demonstrating an early entrepreneurial drive and hands-on involvement in backing early-stage technology companies.

Prior to founding Benford, Mads gained experience across growth equity and data infrastructure, complementing co-founders with backgrounds at Palantir and Goldman Sachs to form a rare team capable of both building enterprise software and delivering a full end-to-end professional service.

Benford has secured a Norwegian audit license, is live running client audits through its proprietary AuditOS platform, and raised 5M euros in pre-seed funding to expand into Sweden and broader European markets.
