Manav Modi

Manav Modi is Co-Founder of AgentPhone, a Y Combinator-backed (Spring 2026) telephony infrastructure platform giving every AI agent its own phone number for voice and messaging.
Manav earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and previously co-founded GrayKea, an AI-powered alumni giving platform that raised over $100K in partnership with the University of Illinois system.
A serial builder since age 12, Manav has shipped multiple consumer apps reaching hundreds of thousands of users and won the Capital One prize at HackIllinois for a hand-gesture-to-text computer vision project.
At Rokmetro, Manav served as a main contributor on the Vogue app (Flutter), building the Met Gala livestream, video feeds, and community features, helping grow the app from roughly 100K to over 1M users.
AgentPhone is already trusted by teams at Google Agent Development Kit, Replit, LangChain, and Y Combinator, addressing a $2T global telecom industry that was built for humans but not yet for AI agents.
