Manny Cominsky is Co-Founder and CEO of Sunbound, the leading tech-enabled finance platform built exclusively for senior care, helping operators maximize revenue and optimize working capital through digital payments, claims management, and on-demand financing.

Manny is a Harvard University graduate originally from Utica, New York, who was personally inspired to start Sunbound after helping his own parents relocate for retirement, giving him firsthand insight into the pain points of senior care.

Prior to Sunbound, Manny served as Head of Strategy for the AS&I division of Constellium, a publicly traded aluminum manufacturer, where he oversaw approximately $2B in business across 19 plants globally.

Before Constellium, Manny built a strong foundation in capital markets through roles in private equity and investment banking, and currently serves as a Board Member at the View Center for Arts and Culture.

Sunbound has raised $24M in funding from top investors including Fika Ventures, Bling Capital, TTV Capital, and Omega Healthcare Investors, growing more than 20x in a single year while becoming a trusted financial OS for senior living operators nationwide.
