Manthan Pawar is the Founder and CEO of Destro AI, a Brooklyn-based warehouse robotics software company building the shared intelligence layer that coordinates robots, humans, and enterprise systems across complex warehouse operations.

Pawar holds a Master of Science in Robotics from New York University's Tandon School of Engineering and spent roughly eight years in the U.S. supply chain and robotics industry, holding roles at HAI Robotics, Dexterity, and Levata.

Pawar has published research on autonomous mobile manipulation and spoken at RoboBusiness on the robotics holy grail, bringing deep technical and commercial credibility to his vision of robot-agnostic warehouse intelligence.

Before Destro AI, Pawar served as Mobile Robotics PM Leader at HAI Robotics, Robotics PM Manager at Dexterity, and Head of Robotics Product at Levata, gaining firsthand experience across engineering, product management, and enterprise sales.

Less than a year after founding, Destro AI is live in production with leading global 3PLs including Yusen Logistics, generating commercial revenue, and winning head-to-head evaluations against unicorn-valued competitors.
