Manuel Puga Fernandez is the CEO and Founder of Moove Cars, Europe's leading company specialized in the acquisition and management of urban transport vehicle fleets with driver (VTC) operating across five countries.

Manuel holds an Executive Education from ESADE (2007-2008) and built his professional foundation through roles at CETREN, ADIF, and Grupo Tragsa, gaining deep expertise in transport infrastructure and operations.

Manuel identified a major gap in sustainable, tech-enabled urban mobility in Europe and built Moove Cars around a scalable fleet management model that integrates hybrid, electric, and autonomous vehicles.

Under his leadership, Moove Cars grew from its 2018 founding in Madrid to operating in Spain, France, Italy, and the Netherlands, with over 8,000 employees and 10,000+ professional drivers.

Moove Cars now operates across 15+ cities in 5 countries and has expanded into the US autonomous vehicle market through its AVOMO brand, pioneering the next era of sustainable urban mobility.
