Manvitha Mallela

Manvitha Mallela is Co-Founder and CEO of Flock AI, an AI-native visual commerce platform revolutionizing fashion and beauty ecommerce with personalized on-model imagery. She also founded Version Up Fashion, a brand built to help women feel confident through inclusive design.
Manvitha studied at Washington University in St. Louis and attended Wharton School for her MBA before leaving to build Flock AI. She spent years leading merchandising and creative operations at Bloomingdale's, Jet.com, and Walmart, experiencing firsthand the challenges of traditional content production.
Manvitha co-founded Flock AI with Malavika Reddy to solve representation gaps in online shopping they personally experienced. Flock won the Tri-School Pitch Competition with founders from Wharton, Stanford, and Harvard, and she has appeared on PBS White House Chronicle.
Flock AI raised $6M in Seed funding led by Work-Bench in February 2025, bringing total funding to $7.5M. The company previously raised $1.5M in pre-seed funding led by Outlander VC in June 2024.
Brands using Flock report up to 90% cost savings compared to traditional photoshoots and over 30% conversion rate lifts. Flock partnered with FAE Beauty, achieving 5x higher conversion and 50% reduction in shade clarification inquiries.
