Marc Escapa is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Fuse, an AI-native loan origination system (LOS) built to modernize lending infrastructure for credit unions, banks, and non-bank lenders across the United States.
A Spanish immigrant and Harvard Business School MBA graduate, Marc began his career as a Management Consultant at McKinsey and Company before becoming an early employee at Turo, where he led Growth Marketing with a $1.7M annual budget.
Marc is a second-time founder who co-founded Noken, a travel startup backed by Bessemer and Primary with $7M in venture capital, where he led product and operations before pivoting to fintech.
At Fuse, Marc leads all technology and innovation, driving the company's low-code, AI-first platform that integrates with over 100 providers and serves credit unions, banks, and lenders with customizable loan workflows and AI agents.
Fuse has surpassed 100 institutional customers, raised a $25M Series A led by Footwork and Primary Venture Partners, and launched a $5M Rescue Fund to help credit unions break free from legacy LOS contracts.
